We understand you’re busy, so the program is designed to fit into your schedule. Most clients commit 3-5 hours a week for workouts, along with time for coaching check-ins and nutrition strategies. It’s enough to see real results without overwhelming you.

Yes. All preferences and dietary requirements are taken into consideration when I create your meal plan. I will always include some of your favourite foods to make sure you aren’t missing out on having them!

All of my coaching is done via the Lenus app. Every Thursday we will have a weekly check-in which involves clients filling in a short form with progress photos, weight and measurements to measure and record progress. We will chat about how your week has been and I will make any necessary adjustments to your plan to ensure that we keep making progress each week.

Yes, you will have access to me throughout the week (mon-fri) for support, guidance or just to chat. I always aim to get back to your message on the same or the following day. There is an in-app chat feature which you can use any time, and I will use it to communicate with you too!

No you don’t, I will create you a fully personalised home workout plan based on what you do / don’t have access to. 

No, the best thing about my meal plans is that the correct amount of food and macro breakdowns will be calculated for you. I will always give you the option of using the in-app tracking feature.

Your success and satisfaction are important to us. If you fully commit to the program and feel it’s not working, reach out to my team and me – we’ll work with you to troubleshoot challenges and find the best path forward.

Yes, the minimum commitment period is 4 months. Anything less than that isn’t sufficient enough if you want results that you can sustain long-term. There are no shortcuts when it comes to achieving your goals.

You can cancel your coaching subscription at any time after you have completed your minimum commitment period (which will be agreed with Callum during your onboarding call). I require 1 month notice so that I can open up your spot to a new client. There is a 14 day cooling off period where you can cancel. The 14 day cooling off period however, is voided once you have accessed the app and your plans.
